- Day 1. Wednesday | Seoul
Arrival at Incheon airport, welcome by our representative and transfer to the hotel (Depending on arrival flights, the transfer can be done with other passengers).

- Day 2. Thursday | Seoul - Discovery of the Megalopolis
Breakfast at the hotel.
After breakfast, meet your guide at 9:00 am at the hotel lobby. Departure for a full day of exploring the capital of South Korea by Jihachul, the local subway.
Visit Gyeongbokgung Palace, this "shining palace of happiness" is one of the five palaces of the Choson (Joseon) dynasty and includes the Folklore Museum and its collection of artifacts of traditional Korean life. Next, visit the Jogyesa Temple, one of the largest in the city and the center of the Jogyejong Buddhist Order, which promotes Zen meditation.
Tasting of a delicious bibimbap for lunch at a local restaurant.In the afternoon, stroll through the Bukchon district. This district, nicknamed the "Village of the North", is home to some 900 traditional Korean houses and promises a unique cultural immersion in ancient Korea.
Then, tour Insadong Street which is lined with antique shops and art galleries.
In the early afternoon, discover an amazing stage entertainment show ("Cooking' Nanta"). This non-verbal comedy, animated to the rhythm of kitchen utensils, combines traditional, much more modern music, and cleverly blends the genres of comedy and burlesque.Overnight in Seoul.
- Day 3. Friday | Seoul - Gyeongju
Breakfast at the hotel.
After breakfast, departure with guide by KTX train (2 hours) to Gyeongju, the spiritual and cultural capital of Korea.Upon arrival, departure for a day dedicated to discovering the famous Yangdong village, one of the largest traditional villages in Korea. A true reflection of the culture of the Joseon dynasty, it blends harmoniously into its unspoiled natural environment. Thanks to its many national treasures and folkloric elements, the village is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Nestled between valleys, with the four peaks of Mt. Seolchangsan as a backdrop, the village has some 160 old houses, including 500-year-old thatched huts. Fifty-four of these houses, more than 200 years old, have been remarkably preserved, offering visitors an authentic immersion into traditional Korean architecture.

In the late afternoon, transfer to the hotel.
Overnight in Gyeongju.
- Day 4. Saturday | Gyeongju - Busan
Breakfast at the hotel.
After breakfast, departure for a city tour of what is known as the "Museum Without Walls". This former capital of the Shilla Kingdom was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2000. Visit of the Bulkugsa Temple (UNESCO), then the Seokguram grotto (UNESCO). This grotto, built in the 8th century on the slopes of Mount Toham, contains a monumental statue of Buddha facing the sea. It is considered a masterpiece of Buddhist art in the Far East.
Lunch at a local restaurant.
After lunch, walk through Tumuli Park, dotted with 23 tombs of the rulers of the Shilla kingdom and their families, and visit the tomb of the "Heavenly Horse". Numerous treasures were discovered during the archaeological excavations and are now on display. Then, continue to visit the tombs of Noseo-dong before a final stop at the oldest observatory in the Far East, the Cheomseongdae tower built in 634, where the royal astronomers studied the movement of the stars and predicted the eclipses of the sun and moon.
In the afternoon, transfer by private vehicle (with guide) to Busan.
Overnight in Busan
- Day 5. Sunday | Busan
Breakfast at the hotel.
After breakfast, depart for Gamcheon Cultural Village, an ancient hilltop district. The houses here were built by refugees fleeing the Korean War. Today it is an artistic village decorated with murals and sculptures created by local residents.
Next, stroll through the Jagalchi fish market and the international market, where all kinds of goods are sold.Lunch at a local restaurant.
In the early afternoon, stop at the United Nations Memorial Cemetery, the only one of its kind in the world, managed by the United Nations since 1960. This site pays tribute to the 37,895 members of the UN forces who fell during the Korean War between 1950 and 1953.

For the visit to the United Nations Memorial Cemetery, please respect the following dress code:
- No sweatpants.
- No clothing that exposes too much of the body (sleeveless shirts, etc.).
- No flip-flops or sandals with laces.
- Clothing designed for physical exercise (hats/sun hats, masks, gloves, etc.) is prohibited.Overnight in Busan.
- Day 6. Monday | Busan - Seoul
Breakfast at the hotel.
At noon, transfer to Busan station at the time indicated by our representative the day before.
Then transfer without guide by KTX train to Seoul.
Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel by our representative.
The rest of the day in Seoul is free for final shopping.Overnight in Seoul.
- Day 7. Tuesday | Seoul

Optional Excursion: Cheorwon DMZ (additional cost)After an early breakfast, departure to the Cheorwon region, and its little known stretch of the DMZ. On the way, visit a crane protection center committed to the conservation of the species. Participants then have the opportunity to contemplate the beauty of the typically Korean landscapes while passing through the surrounding rice paddies. The journey continues to the D.M.Z., the impermeable buffer zone that marks the separation between the two Koreas. Steeped in history, the D.M.Z. is also a sanctuary for the peninsula's flora and fauna, as no human has set foot in it for more than 70 years.
Upon arrival, explore the "second tunnel," secretly dug by the Northern army and discovered in 1975 by service guards. It is now completely secure and features small exhibition rooms about the war. Next is a visit to the Cheorwon Peace Observatory, which offers a panoramic view of the D.M.Z. and the early villages of North Korea. Inside is a small museum and a short film recounting the war and its impact on Cheorwon. The tour continues to the disused railroad station at Woljeong-ri (the Iron Triangle battlefield), the last stop before the barbed wire fence marking the departure of the D.M.Z. The morning concludes with an exploration of the headquarters of the Workers' Party of Korea, former stronghold of the Communist Party (under renovation until mid-2025).
Next, we will visit the Baek Ma battle memorial, known as the "White Horse". This site commemorates the remarkable intervention of a French UN battalion during the fighting. Afterwards, participants have the opportunity to visit a small workshop where "Makgeolli" is made and, if they wish, to taste this delicious rice alcohol.
At the end of the afternoon, return to Seoul.Notes:
